Merchants in Downtown Oak Harbor are ready to welcome hundreds of costumed kids with bowls full of candy and treats. Look for a sign in the windows of downtown businesses which indicate participation. The Oak Harbor Police Department will be joining us to provide pedestrian safety at crosswalks.The Downtown Trick-or-Treat is FREE to the public and will be held rain or shine on October 31, 2019 from 5:30pm-6:30pm. Neighborhood door-to-door trick-or-treating will be from 6:00-7:30pm that same night.Join us for a safe, family friendly way to celebrate Halloween!
