About Ball-Caldwell Homestead

The Historic House museum was built by Samuel Caldwell in 1832. He donated 2 1/2 acres of ground to erect a Courthouse and streets surrounding it. This house is owned by Noble County Historical Society. Also on the grounds is a barn built in 1940 as a hay drying barn. Today it is available for rent for weddings, showers, reunions, family gathers. The Historical Society hold musical events and other events in the barn and at the house.
