About Eldean Covered Bridge

Eldean Bridge was built in 1860 and was recently named a National Historic Landmark. Eldean is one of only two covered bridges remaining in the county and is the longest "Longest Truss" covered bridge in the nation. Today, visitors can still cross through the protected barriers of this historic landmark, on foot, bicycle or by car. The design and craftsmanship will no doubt take you back to another time.
