About Pleasant Hill Lake Park

Pleasant Hill has an 850-acre unlimited horsepower lake surrounded by 1350 acres of land. Thousands of guests come to Pleasant Hill Lake every year to enjoy our many recreational activities such as camping, cabins, marina, boating, fishing, hiking, hunting, picnicking, beach swimming, kayaking and more. Pleasant Hill Lake is located in the heart of Mohican Country just outside the village of Perrysville, Ohio. We offer various activities and special themed events every weekend from the end of April to mid-October to educate and entertain our guests. Check out our events schedule for more details. Pleasant Hill Lake Park features an Equine camp area with 37 lot horse camp next to the lake. Each campsite includes a campfire ring, picnic table, and high lines and is large enough to accommodate both truck and trailer. Water and restroom facilities are located nearby. With access to nearly 88 miles of equestrian trails connecting Pleasant Hill Lake Park, Malabar State Farm, and Mohican State Forest make Pleasant Hill's equine camping area the PERFECT place to camp for horse riders.
