Rennick Meat Market is influenced by its history as a butcher shop that was run by TJ Rennick in the late 1800s – early 1900s. The owners, Jennifer Pociask and Alex Asteínza, are embracing the historical décor, having restored as much as possible, to revive the ghosts of the building's past.They hold on to the love of cooking in the old ways: dry-aging steaks, making homemade pickles, mustards, sausages and cured meats. They are dedicated to serving fresh, healthy and local fare, prepared simply and honestly.
