Located in eastern Ohio, Salt Fork State Park encompasses a diverse and beautiful landscape featuring forested hills, open meadows and misty valleys decorated with winding streams. This magnificent state park is Ohio's largest state park, with 17,229 acres of recreational land. The park encompasses the 2,900-acre Salt Fork Lake, making boating a main attraction. There are 172 sites with electricity (50-amp) and 40 full-service sites (electric, sewer and water hookups). Heated shower houses, flush toilets, dump station. Campers have their own beach, boat launch and docking facility. 18 sites are wheelchair accessible. Group camp areas for youth and adult organizations are available by reservation. Horsemen's camp is available. Pets are permitted on all sites.
