At the core of TourismOhio's upcoming campaign is our new TV commercial and additional videos on Ohio’s Inviting Regions. The "Ohio's Inviting Regions" campaign invites visitors to travel to Ohio and visit several destinations in various areas.

Ohio’s Inviting Regions

On May 11, we will be celebrating Ohio Tourism Day on the Statehouse lawn with 97 exhibitors from Ohio's tourism industry. Thank you to all those who will be joining us as we have now filled all exhibitor spots for the day!

Ohio's tourism industry has a lot to celebrate. We are positioned to have a great year as research shows consumers continue to prefer drive-to destinations with great outdoor activities and we're seeing an increase in consumer desire to attend the many festivals and events in Ohio.

Our messaging on Ohio Tourism Day will encourage Ohioans to plan their Ohio trips. In addition, our paid marketing will be running in more markets than ever and encouraging visitors both in and out of state to plan an Ohio trip. This year we expand from 17 to 28 markets covering all of Ohio and major markets in every state that borders Ohio.

At the core of our campaign is our new TV commercial and additional videos on Ohio's Inviting Regions. Our "Ohio's Inviting Regions" campaign invites visitors to travel to Ohio and visit several destinations in various areas. The hub and spoke design highlights festivals and events, parks and nature trails, attractions, and your local food and history trails in each region. Please be sure to update your event and destination listings at Ohio.org/Industry/Database and review your local adventure trails at Trails.Ohio.org. The campaign also features items that are made in Ohio from each region and encourages visitors to move to Ohio for the many opportunities available here.

Ohio's tourism industry has persevered through the difficulties of the past two years and is now well positioned to have a great tourism season. With our partnerships allowing us to share your stories, the increased reach of our paid marketing campaign, the incredible experiences that you offer, and even more travelers planning trips, we are poised to have an exceptional year!
