I recently had the opportunity to deliver remarks during the Ohio Travel Association’s Spirit of Ohio Travel conference. I appreciated the opportunity to highlight some of the many ways the industry has come together during what has been a difficult past six months. I have been so impressed by the way the industry quickly adapted, working creatively with partners to safely reopen and continue to provide a safe experience for visitors. As we adjust to this new normal, we now find ourselves in the rebuilding phase. At a time when budgets are tight and you’re needing to extend your marketing budget, I hope you’ll consider taking part in the 2021 Ohio. Find It Here. Co-Op Advertising Program. Click here for a list of 2021 co-op offerings.
Participating in the co-op program is open to all Ohio organizations that contribute to a healthy tourism economy. The program provides tourism industry members the opportunity to purchase advertising such as paid social, digital, paid search, radio, and content creation including storytelling, photo and video that have been vetted by our media experts and which deliver upon the target segments and markets most relevant to your business or entity.
If you participate in the program, the media experts at Marcus Thomas will help you design a comprehensive, multi-touch point strategy in your target markets with matching funds up to $25,000 in exchange for displaying the Ohio. Find It Here. logo on your advertising.
The co-op program presentation that typically occurs in October has been postponed to January 2021 to give partners more time to plan and budget for the upcoming year. Advertising selection will close mid-February and campaign flights will be available April – October. Presentation dates will be announced in a BuckeyeLine in late 2020.
Please contact Ohio. Find It Here. Marketing Manager Lauren Seckel, 614-387-1498, if you have questions or would like to participate in the co-op program.
