Sweat it out at home with these virtual workout classes.

It can be hard to find the energy to stay fit and healthy at home. Luckily, multiple gyms are providing online resources for their members to stay active while at home! Clear some space, bust out your mats and weights, and start sweating along to these virtual classes and workshops!

Yoga

Several Columbus yoga studios have banded together to keep their students practicing at home. Studios like Align Power Yoga, Heartfelt Yoga Studio, Modo Yoga Columbus, Rise Yoga and Kula Yoga and Wellness are encouraging each other and students to post online videos and share ideas for how to stay fit and healthy. Check out their websites on how to start your flow!

Vision Yoga & Wellness in Cleveland is hosting online classes while their brick and mortar studio is closed. Join the studio each day of the week for their sessions and pick which practice you would like to join, from powerful flow to intermediate aligned based practice. Additionally, consider supporting the studio by donating!

During these uncertain times, yoga is the perfect practice to take up in order to feel grounded, balanced and whole. Cincinnati’s World Peace Yoga studio is offering online classes via zoom as well as a free community yoga on Saturdays at 11 AM.

Spin/Cycle

In Columbus, Cycle 614 is offering free and live classes starting. Tuesday and Wednesday they will be on the bike and Friday and Saturday they will be off the bike (no equipment needed except a mat and soup cans-we are practical). CYCLEBAR wants you, your families and friends to continue to stay healthy and virtually active with them. Follow their Facebook page for workouts from Cyclebar and their other studios.

Ride along with Cleveland’s Harness Cycle and their online classes! Log in at 8:30 AM and 2 PM for classes taught by Harness Cycle instructors and their platform studio partners. The studio also sells at-home bikes, shoes and more on their website.

At times, it may seem as though the world has stopped moving. But that doesn’t mean you have to! Power Ryde in Cincinnati offers online cycling classes and strength and conditioning Facebook Live videos. Don’t have a bike at home? Order yours from Power Ryde’s website!

Strength & Conditioning/CrossFit

Orange Theory Fitness in Dublin is delivering an at-home workout every day to keep you burning! System of Strength has lots of SOS classes and challenges ripe and ready for the taking. You can sign up for a free 7-day trial here.

Stay fit with CrossFit CLE! The gym will post a daily workout plan on their Facebook and Instagram for everyone at home to join along. Additionally, the CrossFit HQ has created an open-style community competition that can help bring the global fitness community together. Sign up for free here!

Staying in shape has never been easier with Queen City Barbell. Follow their free at home workouts posted on their Facebook page, many of which don’t require any equipment!

Barre

Join Pure Barre for a selection of at home classes. Barre3 studio owners and instructors have moved from being at the front of the class to behind the camera, teaching the same studio classes you love. Connect with your local studio to find out more about what they’re offering!

Unleash your inner dancer with Tru Barre studio’s online classes. The Akron and Medina studios have new workouts added each week to give you some variety to your routine. Email the studio for an access code for their online classes!

Build your physical and mental strength during these hard times with Cincinnati’s The Barre Code studio. The studio hosts live sessions for their members and post inspirational words for everyone on their Facebook page.

Title Boxing Club in Columbus posts videos on their Facebook page for anyone to follow along.

2 Tone Boxing Club in Beachwood is providing multiple resources to stay healthy at home. Join their at home workouts, try their 21 Day Detox or check out their Boxing Fundamentals workout.
