The leaves are changing and the air is getting crisper. Now is the perfect time to warm up this season by enjoying a cup of coffee at these local favorites.

Fox in the Snow in Columbus 

With three locations throughout the Columbus area (and Icarus Sandwich Shop), Fox in the Snow is a staple of Central Ohio's coffee scene. Whether you're sipping a classic latte, cooling off with a New Orleans Iced Coffee, or indulging in one of their giant cinnamon rolls - there's a treat for everyone here. 

Parable Coffee in Columbus  

New to the downtown caffeine lineup is Parable Coffee. The shop along downtown's High Street offers delectably crafted beverages and an atmospheric vibe perfect for curling up and enjoying the season. 

Flatlands Coffee in Bowling Green 

This coffee shop asks that you "treat yourself to more than 'just good' coffee." And with its dedication to roasting quality coffee while giving major "staycation" attitude inside its brick-and-mortar, this spot gets an A+ in caffeine perfection. 

Rustbelt Coffee in Toledo

It's no surprise Rustbelt Coffee is the perfect coffee stop. It also boasts large windows with natural light, low lighting, and an inspirational sign that reads, "You Can Do This" in big letters. 

Mom 'n' Em Coffee in Cincinnati

Dedicated to mom -- with a little name inspiration from the radio station 700 WLW -- Mom 'n' Em Coffee serves up coffee and wine with a homey feel. With two locations (Camp Washington and and Madisonville), this spot will get you going with pastries, breakfast treats, and that always needed cup o' joe.

Ghostlight Coffee in Dayton

Ghostlight Coffee is known as one of Dayton's first independent coffee shops. With a focus on quality, thanks to partnerships like the one with Cincinnati's Deeper Roots Coffee, you're sure to get a great cup of coffee. 

Brewella's in Lakewood

Brewella's is part coffee shop, part créperie. This spot also serves a variety of delicious drinks and pastries. Stop in and check out all their spooktacular decorations!

Donkey Coffee and Espresso in Athens

Donkey Coffee and Espresso, located in Ohio University's Athens, offers a cozy space that's perfect for studying, hanging out, or just grabbing a cup of coffee. While there, you can also check out featured artwork on the walls, and maybe even hear a band or poetry slam.
