Travel to Dublin and Blarney to celebrate St. Patrick's Day without leaving Ohio! We all know that the best way to celebrate is by eating, and here are a few Irish pubs in the state that offer delicious food and the perfect setting to observe the holiday. Sláinte!
NOTE: Check directly with places before you go to learn about their health guidelines, safety updates and any required reservations.
The Dublin Village Tavern in Dublin
Recognized as a must-visit Irish pub in the United States by USA Today and Travel + Leisure, the Dublin Village Tavern has a history as rich as the food it serves. Feast on Irish Egg Rolls, Hooley Eggs and a Guinness BBQ Burger while imagining what the building may have been like over 100 years ago when it first opened.
DVT does not take reservations and there's no call ahead seating.
The Harp in Cleveland
The Harp has an expansive patio that offers beautiful views of Lake Erie. Marvel at the scene while dining on one of their Boxty Cakes - an Irish potato pancake folded over and stuffed with delicious fillings. Make sure to save room for one of their amazing desserts, like the Guinness Ice Cream Sundae or Bread Pudding.

You can also order from O'Malley's online.
The Dublin Pub in Dayton
An authentic Irish pub nestled in Dayton, The Dublin Pub is the perfect place to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. The pub incorporates the famous dark Irish dry stout in multiple of their dishes, with Guinness Beer Cheese, Guinness BBQ Sauce and Guinness and Harp infused onion straws.
Pub Mahone in Columbus
Pub Mahone mixes traditional Irish fare with unique twists on the classics. Start with their Irish Dumpster Fries, crinkle cut fires topped with house-made corned beef, diced onion, tomato, cheese and sour cream. Then move on to their pub burger, Reuben Mahone, or fish and chips. And wash it all down with a cold and refreshing glass of Guinness.
