Organic and locally grown foods are on trend now more than ever, and luckily, Ohio’s booming agricultural industry leaves no shortage of tasty fruits and veggies to help satisfy your cravings.

Not only does buying from local farmers markets help add flavor and nutrition to your life, but it helps sustain the local economy. Plus, taking a trip to your neighborhood farmers’ market can make for a fun day full of social interaction, fresh air and fun — all of which are good for the soul.
